Scanned copy of Class 10 passing certificate or marksheet for DOB verification.
Category Certificate
SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS certificate, if applicable. Must be issued by competent authority.
PwD Certificate
Disability certificate issued by competent medical authority, if applicable.
